A supernatural milk shake you can buy from mcdonalds putting it simply.
Symptoms:
Once you have taken a sip or two, within 15 minutes to 2 hours multiple things can happen. Typically linked to brain rot, your body will slowly begin convulsing and having seizures uncontrollably whilst you vomit as it tries to remove the milkshake from your body.
