A word used to describe something or someone that uses in excess. Mostly one guilty of Gluttony.

Did he really just drive his car to the corner store? That's so tacquard.

She just ordered enough food to feed a village. That's so tacquard.

With oil prices the way they are, that new SUV is very tacquard.
