An Okinawan treat made for US Marines and Sailors consisting simply of white rice, taco meat, and shredded cheese. While simple enough, repeated attempts to recreate it stateside have failed. Whether its some crazy Asian spice or good old fashioned street crack, SOMETHING in Okinawan taco rice makes the the best damn drunk food on the planet and simply irresistible.
