When you bake a biscuit - commonly one using healthier ingredients like banana and oats - it doesn't cook to become crisp and crunchy, but is still classified as a biscuit. Hence it is a squishy biscuit ... a squishcuit.
Try this squishcuit I made. It is a biscuit but with no crunch and is a bit squishy, so it is called a squishcuit!
