verb: running at a speed faster than a stride, but at the same time running at a speed that is slower than a sprint.

Athlete: “Coach, you want us to sprint this lap all out or are we just working on our stride?”

Coach: “Let’s not just stride it, but lets not over do it either… I want you to ‘spride’ this one.”

When you want to hide several things, so you spread them around a room or house.

I was trying to keep my parents from finding my pipe, bong and weed, so I decided to spride them around my room.
