snegg - A caucasian snow bunny who acts and dresses as if she were straight out of japanese amine. Usually denoted by the overuse of fluffy key rings, hair coloured in fluro highlights, pig tails, the peace sign when ever a camera is pointed in her direction and an aversion to indicating while driving.

through the medium of "eggy" language (Dundonian Slang) Snegg the Glegg means to sniff glue. By saying it in eggy launguage masks its true identity and makes it more acceptable to say in the public domain; As only those wise to eggy would understand it.
