In the Swedish beatbox language, it means either "hello" or "goodboy". It is also known as one of the newest memes from the beatbox community. It´s very similar to the French meme "Esh".

Gneben: "Smask, how you are you?"
Bozz: "Smask. I´m fine, you?"
Gneben: "I´m also fine. Gotta go now, SMASK!!!!"
Bozz: "SMASK!!!"
