Sleep Hopping

(Noun)
The act of following a strict sleep schedule during the workweek (like waking up at 4–5 AM), then flipping the script on weekends by staying up late, sleeping in, and doing whatever — only to jump right back to the weekday grind. Causes Monday to feel like a hangover, even if no drinks were involved.
“Bro, I feel like trash every Monday.”
“That’s ‘cause you been sleep hopping all weekend, my guy.”
