The successful slamscam, is sexual intercourse, or fucking, as well as "fucking her over." That is the compilation, of slamscam.

An email sent to an incredibly long list of email addresses, usually advertises products to "Increase Your Man Rod!!" or "Free Online Meds"

Usually filtered by most email spam filters.

Yesterday I got the weirdest spamscam. It said I could get Viagra for a buck!
