Using skype as a means of getting out of an activity or as an excuse for failure to perfrom an activity.

Person 1: Hey, can you take out the trash?
Person 2: I can't! Skyping Betsy right now, I'll do it later.
Person 2 (to Betsy): Skypegoat complete.
