The actual spelling of "scrillaville". Made famous by the prophets RD and GL, who reside in the skrilla lodge where they mount their trophies on the wall and tell stories by the fireplace. The act of skrillaville involves finding a driver to bring you there, and then finding a place to go uptown or in some cases downtown.
