Although snobs and knobs are generally one and the same, sknob can be used when cussing these people to remind them that they are both. If you just say sknob with the snob pronounciation though, you will need to explain to them that they are a knob too, after you have dissed them.

"In essence, I put it to you..."

"Fuck off man, your a sknob. That being a snob and a knob"
