A person that makes fun of or hates fat/large people. The extra fat upon a person's body discusses them.

Mother: Your friend David is so fat!
Son: Mom! You're such a sizeist.

A person against a specific size.

The school wanted large pencil cases but nothing small, they are sizeist.
