Shounen-ai means "Boy's love" and focuses usually on the life stories of two homosexual/Bisexual males.

A word Americans use to refer to BL or yaoi even though the Japanese don't even use it. The Japanese don't even use the term yaoi really either anymore.

Shounen-ai in Japan means pedophilia.
