When a man with an extremely hairy anus defecates and does not wipe thoroughly, the feces gets trapped in the hairs creating a cobweb of feces covering the anus. The next time he tries to pass a bowel movement, it can not exit the anus because it is blocked by a "shitweb".

I couldn't shit last night because I had a shitweb blocking it from coming out.

Shitweed 

On the farm, sometimes, weeds will sprout out of cow patties. They are called "shitweeds". The term is also used for a person who is miserably disagreeable, an asshole or a jerk, but has a greater depth of meaning. It represents someone who is bad and worthless (like a weed) who was spawned by something equally worthless (like shit). A person who is a "shitweed" is similar to white trash, a low and base person raised by low and base people.

Man #1: "Did you meet Joan's new boyfriend?"

Man #2: "Yeah, he's a piece of work, isn't he?"

Man #1: "I know him and his family, they are all garbage. The guy is a real shitweed!"

2)Someone who seems to thrive in an unpleasant environment and always seems to be at the heart of any problems being created.
3)Some it is difficult to prove guilty of fraudulent, unsavoury or similar acts.
Imagine a pile of excrement, with a slippery weazel popping up, looking left and right while standing up with the excrement on this head, like a proud hat, and then disappearing down again.

"I had a call from Natwest again. They are trying to sell me PPI but its clear I'll never be able to make a claim. They never get done for fraud. They are such shitweazels".
