When a person, particularly In the work place, is slacking or doing absolutely nothing but acts/pretends , usually by"looking busy",that they are indeed busy with a cumbersome or arduous task/job. Synonymous to bullshitting

"He isn't doing shit! he's been shaoshing all fucking day!"
"Stop shaoshing and do your damn job!"
"Are you just gonna be shaoshing as day?"

Shossing, or shossin' comes from a combination of the words, shit, shower, and toss or tossing.
To be one who is a shosser, or guilty of shossing they must first have shat into their own hand whilst in the shower, and then tossed said feces into the toilet.
