(Sep-ul-car-key)n. Term used to describe extremely devious or malicious behavior whose perpetrator(s) have gone to considerable lengths to conceal its existance. Most often used in conjunction with an individual, organization or establishment as a means of conveying mal-intent, criminal or corruptive behavior.
A six week investigation into the group's activities yielded numerous criminal enterprises, as well as several unhatched plans involving terrorism and sepulcarchy on a grand scale.
