When a girl doesn't like you or want to be friendly, despite the fact she barley knows you, and makes assumptions based on your general appearance.

*Girl 1 giving out gum to people*
Girl 2: Aww, thanks!
Guy 1: Sweet, thanks!
Guy 2: Can I have a piece?
Girl 1: Nope.
Guy 2: Why not?
Girl 1: I don't like you.
Guy 2: Why?
Girl 1: You annoy me.
Guy 2: ...you don't even know who I am.
Girl 1: Did I say I did?
Guy 2: Wow, you sure are a Selective Bitch.

Much like the term ‘selective hearing’, selective bitch is when a female chooses who she is bitchy towards, or where and when she would like to be bitchy.

She was such a bitch about it then, but now, she doesn’t seem to care, talk about a a selective bitch.
