A desperate person, usually a guy, who tries himself/herself on all of the girls/boys he or she meets. Usually seblabs are not succesive in their beginnings and are quite depressed about it.

A very funny cartoon, on Adult swim (after 12 on bravo over here in the UK) it features a underwater crew getting up to random stuff. Captain Murphy was replaced in the latter seasons because the actor who played him died. There can never be a replacement for him though, Shanks isnt as good. Makes me want to try some of Sparks Stimutacs
