Seat lock

When you sit down, you call seat lock so when you get up, someone can not take your seat.

You can’t take my seat I called seat lock.

tick-tock seat lock

Used to claim ownership of a seat in the owners absence. Similar to squaters or fives. Can be shortened to simply "tick-tock
