A young person, 19 to 21 years of age, who lives at home, is supported by his/her parents or other working
productive family member, and lives off the hard work, generosity, and earnings of others, while acting superior, condescending, and arrogant, with no appreciation at all; a self entitled young person, who does not contribute in anyway but thinks that he/she is cool and better then everyone else in a entirely non earned but superior way.

James demanded the new smart phone from his mom and then acted like a scrubutant when he got it.

Scrubtastic 

A man that is considered to be good at absolutely nothing. Mostly not having anything like a job, car, or a place to live and is not willing to do so.

Why do you bother with these scrubtastic dudes. They don't want to work, and expect you to take care of them.

Player: "Did you see the Heat beat the Celtics yesterday?"

Scrub: "No, but I bet you noobs don't know who won the volleyball championship."

Player: "Quit being scrubtastic."
