scotcharita

a scotch-a-rita is 4 ingredients:

scotch whisky(the better the quality of the scotch makes this drink even better.)
sprite
ice
lemons(not the plastic juice bottle in the store, the real ones that come from the tree)
mix ice&sprite, then add preferred amount of scotch, and slice lemon, mix and enjoy!
**the actual "perfect scotch-a-rita" recipe is by invitation only, but anybody can make this drink, which originates from the starlight park neighborhood in westside Phoenix,Arizona. you could also say that it's a twist off of the original highball.
