Scorn for someone--to hate someone based on what they like, music, materialistic assets, how they live their life.
The girls were scordant towards the other girl because she wore good will clothing--by choice, because she liked it.

Steve liked a different band than most of his friends, so when they asked Steve to go with them to a concert he didn't enjoy himself, just to feel social and cool for them, he declined because he rather not waste 2 hours listening to a band he didn't even like. His friends were scordant towards him for not going and never called him again.

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
