sathashiv

A colloquial term referring to a black ape species known as Indian Gibbons, which finds its origins in Southern India and now populates small forest regions in parts of Southeast Asia as well. Sathashivs are widely known for their thick, dark, matted hair which serves as camouflage from both predators and prey alike.

Male and female Sathashivs are often distinguished by colour, as male Sathashivs tend to have darker fur compared to their female counterparts.

Sadashivanagar

The oldest, most expensive neighborhood in Bangalore, i.e. the Gangnam of Bangalore. The only comparably expensive neighborhood is the Lavelle Road/Vittal Mallya Road area in downtown Bangalore. The people who live here are ex-prime ministers, a couple of Wodeyar princesses, a few actors, successful businessmen, and loads of of doctor/lawyer/banker type professionals.

Sadashivanagar used to be part of the official palace grounds and is now opposite the grounds of the Bangalore Palace. It also has one of the original towers built by Kempe Gowda, the founder of Bangalore.

Even the domestic staff in Sadashivanagar are snooty assholes, everyone has security, and the police suck up to the residents.

Person 1: Oh you're from Bangalore? So am I! Where do you live?

Person 2: Sadashivanagar.

Sathasiva English School : It was founded by late Arunasalam Sinnappah ,Upaththiyatar (Trained Teacher) in 1885 and later in 1890 as its Principal at his birth place,Analativu,an Island about the size of about 2 sq .miles off Jaffna Peninsula,of Tamileelam (North and Eastern Provinces) ,Formally Jaffna Kingdom for more than 2000 years before the Colonialist Dutch took control and left it untouched but later British in about 1800 brought Jaffna Kingdom and Kandian Kingdom in the rest of the island of Ceylon under one rule.It has celebrated its 75th annivesary in 1960 and 125 th anniversary in 2010 as a Mahavithyalayam.Publications to mark 75 and 125 th anniversaries had his photo at the front page.

Sathasiva English School: It was founded by the great grandfather of Eminent Engineer K Vijayaratnam who saw the founder studying at the varanda of his house when he was 5 years old and the founder waa 92 years old.
