sanphorism

In a flash of clarity, a handful of words are carefully selected to form a memorable, more often than not - optimistic - insight on the world. Poignant, concise - these are the staples to the philosophical exploration done alone at night. These thoughts are spewed out to the world though tweets and status updates. It is common to see encouragement through the forms of likes.

Be confident enough to succeed in what you do, be humble enough to learn from others.

Drinking from the cup of love and the sometimes loveless, of countless failures, scarce triumphs, and infinite hope.

I don't quote people because they are right. I quote people because there are many faces to humanity, all of which we need to understand.
A: I just made a realization last night: humans are all capable of loving one another regardless of their pasts.

B: Oh man, we got a sanphorism on our hands. Hold on one second and let me tweet this.

Panchoism was originally developed by 5 Western prophets who travelled to Venezuela and founded the religion based upon their ultimate leader and spiritual guide, the great harvester himself,Don Pancho. Originally a simple farmer from the foothills of the Andes, Don Pancho discovered that enlightenment centred around the trinity of oats, milk and sugar - and only by grasping these key concepts can man discover his destiny. Panchoism is still in its infancy - a closely guarded secret amoungst a small sect in Peterborough.
Jim : Hey Richard, you wanna go grap some pancakes for breakfast?
Richard : Sorry Jim, breakfast is a holy time for me, I must consume my porridge, giving thanks to the Don for his work.
Jim : Oh sorry mate, I forgot. Afterwards do want to go and lock Pedro's dog in the gym?
Richard : Sure, Panchoism says nothing against animal abuse. See you at 10?
Jim : Great!
A use of the tremolo and/or melodic usually legato guitar riff very similar to those of Joe Satriani Aka Satch
"I use a lot of satchisms in my guitar playing" "Did you just play a satchism?"

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".
Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab said "All of a sudden what had been just another Hollywood proposal became for him an unexpected blessing, an opportunity for growth. In drug recovery language, that's called a "God shot."

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

A slang term used to describe a bald person, typically someone who is completely bald or has a closely shaved head. The term is derived from the infamous, hairless kids’ cartoon character of the same name.
Example 1:
“Did you see that caillou over there? His head is reflecting the sun like a disco ball.”
Example 2:
“I think Dave is finally accepting his hair loss. He just went full caillou and shaved the whole thing off.”
