Sacktula - (noun) an item thats primary use is to remove balls from the side of the leg. First popularized by mexican immigrants in the late 1980's. workers in southern Arizona contributed to the widespread popularity. The term "sacktula" was coined in san fransisco by a Juan Poblano. His attempts to market and sell the item as gag gift showed little success.
