The subtle art of scoping out attractive women in large groups of people, bars, festivals, malls, the beach, or on any public outing. Doing so must remain unnoticeable to the untrained eye.

Derived from the noun 'rig' - a beautiful or extremely attractive female.

Person: What are you up to?

Rigspotter: Just sitting here, rigspotting...

Friend: Nice. How's that rig over there?!

Rigspotter: Dude, average. Check out that 10 behind the counter 20 metres to your left.
