to be denied servings in a timely manner by waitstaff while attending an all you can eat promotion at a restaurant. in this case, it's all you can eat prime rib. you can substitute any food that would fit the definition. this usually occurs because the restaurant does not have enough of the food in question to serve its patrons.

'Wow, half an hour between plates of prime rib. I think they are pulling a ribibuster on us.'

A very large shit which either passes slowly and reluctantly or very quickly thereby causing a rapid and/or wide expansion of the anus.

I've not had a crap for 36 hours. The next one is gonna be a ringbuster.
