retz 

A combination of being a cowboy and a baby. A retz is created by a parent dressing their child up as a cowboy when he or she is child. The child will then grow up still looking like a baby, and a cowboy. Then they are now known as a retz. Usually retz's are into asians, flat bills, and playing drums.

Did you see that guys cowboy hat? He also had a baby face, and so he's a retz!
