n. an individual who posts achievements on their vehicle in the form of bumper stickers. Not just one or two, but several stickers/decals commemorating one event just incase the alarming amount of colorful hallmarks goes unnoticed because the masses need to know what this exciting mortal is capable of and what they have achieved.
