A romance you have in rehab, always forbidden and usually doomed.

"Dude, why weren't you at the six o'clock meeting?"

remance

re-doing a romance, usually having a relationship, breaking up and then getting back together. Like warmed up leftovers, wasn't that good the first time, but let's reheat and attempt to eat it anyway.

I thought they broke up.
Nah, man. They are having a remance.
