religiocide

1. The act of killing an individual for his or her religious beliefs.
2. The systematic extermination of all a religion's adherents or a localized subset of adherents for their beliefs. Usually associated with territorial conflicts.

Nazi Germany practiced religiocide against the Jews living within her borders.
