The quality of maintaining cognitive thought during the act of having sex. Often times critical thinking in a rational human is dramatically reduced during the act of sex, or actions prior. However when a man or woman is capable of being rationexual during these moments, they retain some higher-level thinking for the sole purpose of facilitating a better sexual experience.

We were so passionate for each other that neither of us could stop, luckily we were rationexual enough to remember we still had a Plan B.

In an attempt to get even more comfortable, I rationexually reorganized the covers and pillows on the bed to support her neck and head, and prop my back up. We went at it for another hour.

Rabiosexual 

Rabiosexuality is not the attraction to having rabies, that was a joke made by straight people that got seen by the queer community rather than the actual definition. Rabiosexual is a sexuality made by an Autistic person in the Queer community that was tired of straight people making fun of eccentric autistic people, and queer people that "shove their queerness in their faces".

"Oh, hey, by the way, I'm rabiosexual."
"What's that?"
"It means I'm autistic and queer, it was made to accept the bullying done by straight neurotypicals, like the song Yankee Doodle was originally made to make fun of America."

Rabiosexual 

A rabiosexual is someone attracted to rabies and rabies infected people. Rabies is a disease that attacks the central nervous system and is most often found in wild animals and usually results in death. After a Tumblr blog made a parody LGBT pride flag for the group, many of the site's users began to sarcastically champion "Rabies pride," though it was unclear if all participants were sarcastic.

Having sexual preferance to Radio Stations. A term commonly used to describe AM radio listeners (sometimes FM, online, Short Wave, Satellite or Terrestrial Digital and amature).

7. someone who involves himself in the local pirate radio scene to indulge his passions sexual and social for radio stations and radio contact.
8. someone who is a radio amature legaly or illegaly for the same reasons of sexual contact with radio station eguipment and or radios for sexual gratification.
9. somone who is online soley for the purpose of getting more radio stations and haveing faster access to those he loves or desires sexualy.

i. A person who is uncannily given to making takes and airing dumb opinions that consistently gets ratio’d on Twitterand other social media.

ii. One who gets off by getting brutally ratio’d all the time on Twitter.

Iyin’s ass must be exhausted from doing all his talking; such a ratiosexual.
