rat assed is generally a term used when one is off ones rocker, caused by excessive ammounts of alcohol, weed, or anyother illeagle substances one might have dropped (take).

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
