a baked flan or tart with a savoury filling of Bacon and Cheese (usually a mature Cheddar) thickened with eggs, usually eaten cold, made popular from the UK hit TV show 'ready steady cook' and created by the chef Ainsley Harriott for the then shows host Lorraine Kelly who enjoyed it so much that she squealed with excitement.
