pyaniza

A derogatory comment given to those who have become so drunk that they have commited a foul act such as vomiting or pissing on themselves. Often said with disgust and hate.

Man 1: Look at that guy drunk in the gutter, that's disgusting.

Man 2: Damn pyaniza.
