Usually refer to a PC gamer or a PC mustard race dude with no social life, waistline exceeding 36 inches, over 25% body fat, fedora wearer, never touched a woman in his life. A person who willing to pay $2000 to buy dated potato that can't keep up with a console and believe their inferior platform able to play every single video game at 4K resolution and 120 frame rate even when every benchmark test told them otherwise.

Bob: "bla! wanna see 4k/120fps on my $300 PC? mustard race ftw!(then breathing hard)"

Joe: "No thanks, I prefer to lay on my couch playing with a controller in my living room"

Bob: "bla! except PC can do the same"

Joe: "Silly PeeSee virgin, technically you can also build a toilet in your bed room, the question is why would anyone do that?"
