Puttsneyism

When a golfer does all 3 of the following:
1) Doesn't count mulligans towards his final score
2) Consistently has a high score on the 18th hole
3) Makes noises while playing which sound like Ken from the video game Street Fighter(a-ryu-ken, arugula, etc)

He hit the putter off the teebox and committed a puttsneyism.
