A highly under-used form of the phrase "just chillin'", commonly used among negro and teenage folk, which is most widely known to have been used by burhanfan. It can especially be used in situations of high tension, or in response to an offensive greeting, with the result of making the greeter look (sometimes literally) like a huge cunt.
