1)used to describe a lame person who is lazy, useless, or very weak pitiful person.
2)man showing female treats ,sniching,crying,talkin shit behind one's back..
3)really just used as a general insult.

where's bill at?? he said he was staying home an watching tv tonight.. what a "pudsuckle"!
