puddelglum

When someone is sad or depressed or always negitive.

Puddelglum is a character in "The silver chair", one of the Chronicles of narnia. He would always say, "It's probably going to rain, I shouldn't wonder" even when it was clear as a bell.
Joe: We are probably not going to get a raise this year.
Fred: dude, don't be so puddelglum all the time.

puddlegluming

To sit in a full bathtub while the shower is also on. It's like sitting in a puddle in a summer thunderstorm, like a frog, marinating in your misery, possibly crying until you only have frog problems, like wrinkly webbed feet. Named after the pessimistic but slightly whimsical marshwiggle, Puddleglum, from the Chronicles of Narnia. Bring the rainfall experience to your bath.
"When I'm sad, I like to puddleglum. It's like crying in the shower but better."
"I spent an entire day puddlegluming after we broke up. I looked like a wet raisin."
"If I was a marshwiggle, I'd be puddlegluming too."
"Puddlegluming sounds fun."

abandonware

n. software that is no longer sold or supported by the original publisher / developer, often found as free downloads on the internet because it cannot be obtained elsewhere. Not legal, but often seen as morally acceptable because the company that made it is no longer selling the title, nor releasing it as freeware, therefore abandonware is "keeping the game alive", so to speak.
Doom II is not abandonware because id still sells it, while The Incredible Machine is not sold, therefore is abandonware.

Foot prisons

Socks. Annoying, sweat-causing, non-barefoot enducing, everyday socks.
The first thing I do when I take off my shoes, is rip off the foot prisons I had to wear inside them. That's why I prefer flip flops, even in winter!
