Falling asleep in front of the TV long before bedtime, usually the best quality sleep.
"Where's Chuck?"

"Oh, he's presleeping in front of the news again."

Similar to resleep (trying to fall back to sleep after being wakened unnecessarily). Also similar to desleep (being awakened unnecessarily).
