A shorter version of Poverty-spec, i.e. the base model of a car that doesn't have any optional extras equipped - the cheapest of the range.

Owners of pov spec cars typically buy into brands due to trends and hype for bragging rights.

OMG you drive a 10 year old car, ew! I have the latest Audi.

... Yeah but it's Pov Spec.
