The term comes from Adar Poonawalla the alleged CEO of Serum Institute India the gene therapy manufacturer from India who is hiding in the UK supposedly because some powerful Indians are angry that he cannot make enough of this genocidal poison cocktail.
He filled up his cars fuel tank with sugar and sand. The engine is now Poonawallad and needs to be replaced.
