when a ball is kicked or thrown, or has any movement in particular, it then sags extremley, or drops in the air before it reaches its target, also tends to do this as if it was in slow-motion
can be also used in the term, the ball has been podaled, the thrower is the podalee/ette
The ball has een podald

"hey throw a ball at him"
"okay i will do"
(man trows ball)
(ball then sags and flops down on the floor)
"aww man that was shit, you just did a podlar"
