In reference to the male species, when one is "plastid" it means the guy is TOTALLY whipped by his Master (a.k.a. The Girlfriend.) A plastid male rarely formulates his own opinions, allows his woman to treat him like shi*, and is a bucket full of emotional mush.
He's so utterly whipped by his girl - so plastid - that he can't even see what he's been missing the entire time.
