Derived from the Spanish (Latina Americana) word Pinoche, which literally is a word for the female reproductive organ, aka, the vagina. This is a countrified way of describing a man who is more feminine in his mannerism.

John is a pinerch, everytime he talks he wave's his limp wrist.
