TO BE PRONOUNCED 'pine- chapple- ease'
a traditional party buffet food. a combination of succulent cheese, diced perfectly and married together with juicy pieces of pineapple, fresh and also diced, the tie binding these fine pair is usually a cocktail stick, and all of which will be presented upon a platter within a buffet. This is the best creation of man. Although it can cause an irritable bowel/ stomach due to the contrast of creamy cheese and sharp acidic pineapple, not to be eaten in copeous amounts!
