a disease where one is pimp tight 24 hours a day 7 days a week and it cannot be cured. one who is so fly and pimp tight. most are born with the disease but it does seem to be contageous.

I think josh has pimptightis. he is always fly and pimp tight no matter what he does or when he does it. also known as noveritis.
