When you offer your friend a chinese cut, he gets horribly offended, you look stupid in front of your friends, and you feel like a complete douchebag. Your friend has to be Philipino for this to be the case.
The Philipino Cut:

"Okay - Chinese cut me"
"I'm not Chinese!"
"I didn't say you were Chinese - it's called a Chinese cut - don't you remember it, say, from grade school?"
