Russian word meaning a person who farts. Can be mixed with word "staruy" (which means "old") to form a word "starper" (old farter). Can be used as offensive word.

Nu i vonisha, eto vse tot perdun postaralsia. (It stinks so much because of this farter)

Hey, ti, starper, vali otsuda! (Hey, you, old farter, go away!)
